Tyrees Allen is an American actor best known for her role as Warren Jacobi in the police procedural series Women's Murder Club.

Biography[]

Allen was born on July 21, 1954, in Salina, Kansas. The names of his parents are not known, as is why he wanted to become an actor. What is known is that Allen graduated from the Salina Central High School and Marymount College, the latter of which with a degree in Theater Arts. Allen got his first on-screen role in 1980, when he was cast as an assistant cook in the military comedic film Up the Academy. Allen got his first major role in 2005, when he was first cast as Gordon Dean, the leader of criminal organization The Shed, for 6 episode of the dramatic action series Alias. Allen has also appeared in TV shows and movies like Women's Murder Club, Cold Case, Bones, The Practice, Boston Legal, Grey's Anatomy, NCIS, Medium, The Perfect Host, Y/N: You Lie, You Die, RoboCop, Castle, Lie to Me, and Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior.

Allen portrayed Dave Richardson, a Detective assisting the Red Cell Unit in solving a series of homicides, in the Season One episode "Nighthawk".
