Status[]

He was a serial killer, and that's most definitely illegal, so I think his status should be "Incarcerated" and not just "Presumably incarcerated".

As Strauss said in the episode, there was not a whole lot of evidence they had him on, at least in terms of physical evidence. Morgan arrested him knowing he did it, but hoping that any scratches on his arms would have some DNA evidence, which was presumed and likely true but cannot rule out the possibility of otherwise. Obviously, this case will never be revisited again, so we must assume that Stanworth was eventually found guilty of the crimes he committed and incarcerated. UnSub-Zero (talk) 05:53, December 4, 2015 (UTC)

Number killed[]

As Reid said during the episode towards the end, after it was revealed that he had fired thousands of employees, "Mary Rutka's his 3rd victim, which officially makes him a serial killer." Him firing people along with them committing suicide would not qualify him as a proxy killer or mass murderer by any means. It just seems like a huge stretch to factor in those numbers, or else any snobby boss who fires people (followed by SOME committing suicide) would be a killer.
