So I noticed in this episode that after Spencer gets shot, the detective who is trying to keep Spencer awake says, "Ethan. Ethan! Stay with me!" She calls Spencer, "Ethan". -Nobody, 2014-12-23 10:10 PM EST.

Ethan was the detective's deceased son and she was merely calling Reid "Ethan" because the fact that he was dying reminded the detective of Ethan and she was thinking straight. UnSub-Zero (talk) 03:17, December 24, 2014 (UTC)
