Peters is first seen being approached by Reid. He asks Reid what he wants, to which he replies that he wants water. Peters tells him that there is no water and tells him to sit down. Then, Reid whispers to Peters about Frazier and Duerson's shared responsibility for the assault of Luis Delgado. Afterward, Peters tells Reid to sit down.
In the Dark[]
Peters briefly reappeared in the episode. He approaches Reid and Shaw, telling the latter that he has a visitor.
