Myk Watford is an American actor best known for his multiple roles in the hit police procedural series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
Biography[]
Watford was born on January 30, 1971, in Clearwater, Florida. The names of Watford's parents are not known, as is why he wanted to become an actor. What is known is that Watford grew up in Russellville, Alabama, and graduated from the University of Utah. Watford got his first on-screen role in 1999, when he was cast as Rick Martino in the dramatic crime film Forever Mine. Usher got his first major role in 2012, when he was first cast as Sam Reynolds, the commanding officer of Amanda Rollins back when she was in Atlanta, for 4 episodes of the acclaimed police procedural series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Watford has also appeared in TV shows and films like Elementary, The Night Shift, The Kitchen, Cold Case, The Mentalist, Darkness Rising, Earth to Echo, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: NY, Training Day, Bones, Longmire, Scandal, Law & Order, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, True Detective, and Criminal Minds.
