The M26 Grenade is a U.S.-made fragmentation hand grenade made for the military.
History[]
The M26 was first created by the U.S. military in an attempt to replicate the success of their Mk 2 form 1918. It first came to the service sometime in the 1950's and has been used in six wars throughout U.S. history. However, the M26 series was replaced by the M33 after the end of Vietnam.

- Francis Goehring ("Identity") - A serial killer, rapist, abductor, bomber, and one-time cop killer who detonated an M26 in a suicide bombing.
- Season Eleven
- Giuseppe Montolo ("The Job" and "Target Rich") - A prolific and international serial killer, hitman, bomber, gangster, and one-time abductor who used an acrylic to attach an M26 to Al Eisenmund's hands. The Grenade was stopped by the BAU.
