Kirk Lawrence Bovill is an American actor.
Background[]
Both of Bovill's parents worked in teaching professions. He finished Aurora High School, the University of Nebraska in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in biology, and later Louisiana State University with a master's degree and a minor in advertising in 1987. While part of an improv group at The Comedy Store, Bovill met the legendary Robin Williams, who told him that he was a "funny guy". This prompted Bovill to quit his current job and enter the actor business. He has since become a prolific actor, with 89 appearances in film and TV since 2007. He married actress Joni Bovill on May 4, 1995. The two have starred together and are both foster advocates.
