Nothing is known about Connor outside of her acting career, which began in 1999.

Connor portrayed Sheryl Timmons, a woman abducted by cannibalistic serial killer Floyd Feylinn Ferell, in the Season Three episode "Lucky". She reprised her role in the Season Thirteen episode "Lucky Strikes".
