Julius Tennon is an American actor.

Biography[]

Born and raised in Texas, Tennon started as a thespian and linebacker. He played football and won a scholarship for the University of Tulsa. He was the school's first ever black theatre graduate. Tennon's acting career began in 2002. Since then he has been married a total of three times, divorcing two women before marrying actress Viola Davis on June 23, 2003. He has fathered a total of three children.

On Criminal Minds[]

Tennon portrayed pedophilic serial killer Carl Buford in the Season Two episode "Profiler Profiled". He reprised the role in the Season Eight episode "Restoration".
