Jonathan "Jon" Rudnitsky is an American actor best known for his time as an ensemble member of the hit sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live.

Biography[]

Rudnitsky was born on November 22, 1989, in Harrington Park, New Jersey, to Karen Rudnitsky and her husband. Rudnitsky graduated from both the Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan and the University of Southern California. Rudnitsky got his first on-screen role in 2011, when he provided the voice for an unknown character in the short crime film A Made Man. Rudnitsky got his first major role in 2015, when he joined the ensemble for 21 episodes of the hit sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live. Rudnitsky has also appeared in TV shows and movies such as Catch-22, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Summertime, Red Oaks, The Big Leap, Better Briefs, Patchwork, JewDate, The Jewish Hunger Games, Home Again, Set It Up, Nobody's Fool, Big Hero 6: The Series, and Criminal Minds.

Rudnitsky portrayed Kyle Owens, a college student renting the home of Ted Sissler, in the Season Eight episode "Perennials".
