Joseph Franklin "Joey" Bragg is an American actor and comedian best known for his roles in Liv and Maddie and Fred 3: Camp Fred.
Biography[]
Bragg was born in Union City, California, on July 20, 1996. When he was twelve years old, he played on the California Cougars Pee Wee "B" Ice Hockey championship. Afterwards, he began performing stand-up comedy by the age of thirteen. In 2012, he was fifteen or sixteen years old, Bragg began acting. He first appeared in the made-for-TV movie Gulliver Quinn, followed by the portrayal of Magoo in the feature film Fred 3: Camp Fred. During the following year, Bragg was cast as Joey Rooney in the Disney Channel-produced sitcom series Liv and Maddie, a role he continues to play. In 2016, he guest-starred in an episode of the CBS-produced police procedural series Criminal Minds.

Bragg portrayed teenage serial killer and family annihilator Kyle Ecklund, who was also a victim of bullying, in the Season Twelve episode "The Anti-Terrorism Squad".
