Glen Hill was the psychopathic gang leader of the 23rd Street Killers, who were responsible for the death of Vickie Wright, the pregnant fiancée of the psychotic serial-turned-spree killer Jonny McHale. He appeared in the Season Three episode of Criminal Minds, "True Night" via flashbacks.
Background[]
Not much is revealed on Hill, other than he is the leader of the 23rd Street Killers or TSK. It is known that he and his gang were a thorn in the side of the local authorities and the gang task force for some time. He was also arrested at some point.
The gang operated primarily out of his house in the suburbs. In 2007, Hill and six of his men ambushed comic book artist and writer Jonny McHale and his pregnant girlfriend Vickie Wright one night while they were returning home from the store. Taunting the couple, he refuses the money McHale offers and forces Wright to agree to McHale's marriage proposal, which the gang had overheard just seconds earlier. After she accepts, the gang grabbed her and forced McHale to watch as they gang-raped and tortured her to death, with Hill telling him, "You're not gonna wanna miss this," and ended up killing her and their unborn child. After killing her, the gang slashed McHale across the stomach, almost disemboweling him and left him for dead. Miraculously, McHale was found and survived the attack but was left with a severe case of post-traumatic stress disorder.
True Night[]

Six months later, McHale began his brutal revenge killings against Hill and his gang, slaughtering five members in less than two weeks with a pair of scimitars. This presumably drew Hill's attention, leading to him holding a meeting at his own home after McHale killed two more gang members just a day earlier. McHale somehow found his hideout and abducted him from thereafter massacring six more of his men. He then took Hill to an unspecified secluded location and slowly dismembered and tortured him. Right before killing him, McHale unmasked himself to Hill, repeated the exact same thing he told him: "You're not gonna want to miss this", and decapitated him, avenging Wright and their unborn child, as well as the TSK's other possible victims' deaths. McHale would later be institutionalized for the murders.
