Camille Simoine Winbush is an American actress and singer best known for her role as Vanessa Thomkins in the sitcom series The Bernie Mac Show.
Biography[]
Winbush was born on February 9, 1990, in Culver City, California, to Anthony and Alice Winbush. Where she went to school and why she wanted to become an actress is not known. What is known is that Winbush got her first on-screen role in 1994, when she was cast as Lucy Wilkes, the daughter of Julian and Mara Wilkes, for three episodes of the action-adventure series Viper. Winbush got her first major recurring role in 1995, when she was cast as Emma Aimes, the daughter of series protagonists Ron and Rachel Aimes, for all 20 episodes of the comedy series Minor Adjustments. Since then, Winbush has appeared in TV shows and movies such as The Bernie Mac Show, ER, Bachelor Lions, Olivia, The Monogamy Expirement Short, The Choir, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Norm, Dinosaur, Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai, Grey's Anatomy, and Criminal Minds.

Winbush portrayed Ally Hadley, a singer that was almost murdered by serial killer Terrance Wakeland, in the Season Two episode "Fear and Loathing".
