Brandon Joseph Barash is an American actor best known for his role as Johnny Zacchara in the medical soap opera series General Hospital.
Biography[]
Barash was born on October 4, 1979, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Jerry Barash and Susan Gale. Barash grew up in Missouri, Texas, and California, and graduated from both the Memorial High School and the University of Southern California. Barash got his first on-screen role in 2002, when he was first cast as Jamie for two of three episodes of the dramatic comedy series Gilmore Girls. Barash got his first major recurring role in 2007, when he was first cast as Johnny Zacchara, the son of a powerful crime lord and member of the Zacchara organization, for 798 episodes of the hit medical soap opera series General Hospital. Barash has also appeared in TV shows and movies such as Timeless, Major Crimes, CSI: Cyber, Scorpion, Guardian Angel, Bones, NCIS, Ten Inch Hero, Crash Landing, The Last Ship, Good Trouble, Lucifer, Days of Our Lives, and Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders.
