The AKMSU
The AKMSU is a Russian-made Carbine assault rifle. Its name is an acronym for Avtomat Kaláshnikova Modernizírovanny Skladivaushiisya Ukorochenniy (or translated as, Machine, Kalashnikov, Modified, Folding-Stock, Shortended).
History[]
The AKMSU was designed by Mikhail Kalashnikov sometime in the early 1980's. Little else is known about its history other than it was used in both the Soviet-Afghan and the still-ongoing Syrian Civil Wars.

- Separatarian Sect ("Minimal Loss") - A religious cult whose members used AKMSUs while engaging the Police and the BAU in gunfire during their hostage crisis. Most notably they were used by the leader, Benjamin Cyrus.
- Season Six
- The Breakaway IRA Faction ("Valhalla" and "Lauren") - A terrorist cell-turned-international criminals whose members used AKMSUs in their crimes.
